Законодательством РФ определен перечень специальных сигналов.
• Специальные сигналы - это проблесковые маячки синего, синего и красного, оранжевого или желтого цветов, специальные звуковые сигналы (по тексту Приказа Минобороны РФ от 08.04.2003 г. №116).
• Технические требования к специальным световым и звуковым сигналам устанавливает ГОСТ Р 50574-93 "Цветографические схемы, опознавательные знаки, надписи, специальные световые и звуковые сигналы".
• Требования ГОСТа распространяются на автомобили, автобусы и мотоциклы оперативных служб скорой медицинской помощи, противопожарной службы, милиции, военной автомобильной инспекции, службы специальных перевозок Банка России и Гохрана России, аварийно - спасательных служб, службы специальной связи Минсвязи России, прокуратуры, налоговой полиции, Главного управления исполнения наказаний Минюста России (Постановление Правительства РФ от 04.01.2000г. №2).
• Специальным звуковым сигналом является двухтональный сигнал, имеющий изменяющуюся основную частоту с пределом изменения от 150 до 2000 Гц и уровень давления от 110 до 125 дБ.
Таким образом, очевидно, что наши звуковые сигналы разрешены, так как основная частота не изменяется!
